After each session, payment is processed automatically using the secure card details you have provided during your intake. We accept debit and credit cards, and all information is safely stored on a secure system.
If you're using a Mental Health Treatment Plan, your Medicare rebate will be processed after your appointment - no need to chase it up yourself.

You're welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment any time, as long as you give at least 48 hours' notice. This gives us a chance to offer the appointment spot to somebody else in need.
Late cancellations will incur 50% of the appointment fee, and missed appointments will incur the full session fee. We’ll always try to approach things with understanding and flexibility where we can.

All of our sessions are offered via telehealth (video call), so you can access support from wherever you are. It’s therapy in your space, your time, your way.
-
Our first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll gently explore what’s been happening in your world, what matters to you, and what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. It’s totally okay to come in unsure or even a little nervous, you’ll be met with care and curiosity every step of the way.

This is such a valid feeling, starting therapy can feel like a huge step. You don’t need to be at breaking point to reach out. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or just in need of a space that’s yours, therapy can be a helpful practice. Our work will be collaborative and paced gently.
